RAPIDTAC Fluids

RAPIDremover Adhesive remover

Quick and easy way to remove old adhesive residue without damage.  It works quickly, normally under a minute, will not leave an oily residue and is water-soluble.  Stage One: Remove the old graphic with a heat gun.  Stage Two: Spray RAPIDremover onto the adhesive residue and allow it to penetrate for 30 - 60 seconds.  Stage Three: Use a squeegee to scrape and remove the softened adhesive.  Stage Four: Spray RAPIDremover onto a rage or paper towel and wipe the area clean.  Rinse surface thoroughly with RAPIDprep , in preperation for the new graphic.  Use in a well ventilated area.  Due to the varying condition of paintwork and substrates, apply to a test area first.

RAPIDprep Cleaning fluid

The quick and easy way to clean and degrease, in preperation for vinyl graphics.  RAPIDPREP will clean and degrease the surface properly.  It will only leave compatible residues and will ensure wax, silicone and oils are not left on the surface.  It is non-flammable and non-hazardous.  Stage One: Shake the bottle of RAPIDPREP well and spray onto the surface, ideally 1M diameter at a time.  Stage Two: Wait 30 seconds, then wipe clean with a paper towel (do not use commercial kitchen towel or cloth rag).  Stage Three: Repeat stages 1 and 2 until the area is clean.

RAPIDTAC Original Application fluid

The quick and easy way to apply vinyl graphics wet.  Compared with soapy water, RAPIDTAC can significantly improve the adhesive bond.  Tests show an increase in adhesive values of 10%.  This increase allows applications tapes to be removed very quickly, resulting in shorter field visits.  RAPIDTAC speeds up application times, eliminates bubbling and wrinkling, helps application in cold and hot weather and makes the final result look consistently professional, especially on glass.  Stage One: Shake the bottle of RAPIDTAC well and using strips of masking tape, position the graphic image.  Stage Two: Lift the image and use RAPIDTAC sparingly to spray the substrate.  Remove the liner from the film and place the self-adhesive image on the wet surface.  Stage Three: Finalise the position of the decal.  Squeegee out the excess liquid, working from the centre outwards in all directions to enable the adhesive to start bonding.  Wait 2 - 3 minutes.  Stage Four: Spray the RAPIDTAC fluid directly onto the application tape, then remove the tape slowly, pulling diagonally.  Wipe over the surface with a paper towel.
