A quick and economic way to product an adhesive backed print.  Features a strong permanent acrylic adhesive suitable for bonding to a wide variety of board substrates.  If you produce any paper prints that do not have to be laminated, then save yourself a pass through your laminator and use USA170.  A competitive price which compares favourably against purchasing the paper and mounting film seperately, whilst having the added bonus of saving time through the laminator and reducing the possibility of waste in finishing.  For unlaminated prints mounted on board, simply mount the finished USA170 prints straight to the board.  USA170 features a dry and smudge resistant coating that allows it to be handled almost immediately after printing, eliminating the need for an overlaminate for some applications.

A one-part solution for stunning window graphics and light boxes.  Excellent for light boxes where interchangeable graphics can be applied by the end user.  Features a white translucent inkjet coating on the polyester film for reverse printing that is tough but not highly water resistant.  The adhesive is a unique low tack repositional one that is formulated specifically for window applications.  An absolute beginner can apply RS150 without leaving any air bubbles.  The graphic can be removed and reapplied time and time again without leaving adhesive residue.  Unlike some reverse print films, the printed image on RS150 looks similar when viewed from either side of the film.  Designed primarily for internal applications, RS150 can be overlaminated to protect the printed image.  The unprinted material is more susceptible to humidity changes than our other products.  To minimise waste, it is vital to remove the roll from the packaging just prior to printing and them to replace the roll in the packaging immediately after printing.  The roll should be pulled tight and securely taped before repacking.  This will reduce the risk of the release liner tunnelling.  Compatible across a wide platform of thermal devices printing with dye inks.

A new and improved FotoTex version at a much lower cost.  Now in a brighter white finish and with less stretch to make it easier to apply and reapply.  FotoTex is a matt finished cloth with a removable adhesive on a paper release liner that can be printed on all inkjet printers.  FotoTex can be crumpled up and then smoothed out without wrinkles.  The fabric has no sharp edges so combined with the easy to apply adhesive, FotoTex is perfect for end users to apply themselves.  The adhesive system is both removable and replaceable, enabling the graphic to be moved around several times with no adhesive transfer problems.  FotoTex is tear and water resistant with an outdoor life expectancy of at least 3 months unlaminated.  It has excellent light diffusion properties so can also be applied to light boxes for backlit applications.  The fabric can also be stretched over rigid display frames.  FotoTex will stick to any non-porous surface such as painted walls, windows etc. and can be applied to curved surfaces.  Lamination of FotoTex is not recommended.

With a grey opaque adhesive for short to medium term external prints using water based pigmented inks.  Featuring a thicker film for easier application on to flat surfaces and a solvent based permanent adhesive.  UGV5 should be applied to flat surfaces using a low tack application tape such as Kleentear 50 and at a miniumum temperature of 10 degree C.  Pigmented inks must be used to provide a high degree of water resistance but ink coverage of over 280% can have  a detrimental affect on the water fastness of the product and may show some signs of ink bleed in heavily saturated areas.  It is important to let the print dry for at lease 12 hours prior to application.  A pressure sensitive laminate will help protect the surface against dirt and abrasion, and will increase the life expectancy of the sign to over 12 months.  Overlapping the edges of the sign by at least 6mm with the laminate  will extend the outdoor life even further.  The recommended overlamintes are from our DigiGuard range.
