UniPOP USFP13 330 micron satin white opaque universal polyester with grey light-stop for pop-up displays

A thicker version  of USFP7 for pop-ups.  On the new HP Z6100 a 3 x 3 pop-up can be printed  at 13M2 per hour with minimal banding in under 1 hour.  The textured grey backing prevents slippage in both printing and finishing.  This scuff resistant grey backing also prevents fingerprinting and allows for good adhesion  of the magnetic tape.  A variety of laminates can be used from our Print Finishing section to add protection and rigidity.  The most popular laminate currently used is our TP8-30 200 micron textured clear polypropylene which has excellent scratch resistance and better clarity than PVC alternatives.

FP12 300 micron matt white front print polyester for pop-ups

For the production of pop-ups on older printers such as HP5500 and HP5000, FP12 is a thicker version of FP6.  300 micron thick rigid matt polyester film for maximum stability.  The black light stop back coat gives maximum opacity.  A variety of laminates are available to give greater or lesser rigidity.  The most popular laminate currently used is our TP8-30 200 micron textured clear polypropylene which has excellent scratch resistance and better clarity than PVC alternatives.
