DigiGuard Pop-up and Roll-up Overlaminates

DigiGuard TP5-20 125micron textured clear rigid polypropylene overlaminate for roll-ups. is our clearest and most scratch resistant overlaminate for roll-ups.  This neutral film  and adhesive will minimise any colour shift of your prints.  This film is PVC free and has a water based adhesive making it easier to recycle than a normal PVC overlaminate especially when used in conjuction with our polypropylene printable films.

This is our clearest and most scratch resistant thick laminate for pop-ups.  This neutral film and adhesive will minimise any colour shift of your prints.  TP8-30 can be used for both flat and curved main panels as well as for small and large radius end panels so one overlaminate will do everything on a pop-up.  It has excellent rigidity so all the panels will hang beautifully.  Some heat can be used in lamination if required but it is designed to work well with no heat.  Like our other lamination films for pop-ups we recommend the printed and laminated panels are stored flat  for a minimum of 30 minutes and ideally for 24 hours before trimming, as trimming too quickly may lead to edge delamination and ultimately to failure of the finished graphic.  We would also recommend using a rotary trimmer to finish the panels.  Regardless of the method used to trim the panel it is vitally important that the cutting blade be sharp.  This film is PVC free so is easier to recycle than a normal overlaminate.

For the protection of pop-up and roll-up display panels, this product is rigid and very scratch resistant and when used correctly in combination with our front-print polyesters will produce a durable graphic panel.  SR10 features one of the thickest and most rigid face films on the market at 250micron and will add the rigidity required to your printed graphic allowing the panel to hang correctly.  Due to the clarity of the film and adhesive, image dull down is minimised resulting in stunning looking prints every time.  The deep textured emboss is incredibly scratch resistant and will protect the pop-up panel from the roughest handling.  The special adhesive layer, combined with a smooth PE coated release liner, overcomes the edge delamination issue once and for all.  We strongly recommend that the printed and laminated panels are stored flat for a minimum of 30 minutes and ideally for 24 hours before trimming with a rotary trimmer.  Regardless of the method used to trim it is vitally important that the cutting blade is sharp.
