DigiGuard Overlaminates

Available in satin, textured matt scratch resist and high clarity ultra gloss finishes.  A 3 year outdoor life PVC pressure sensitive overlaminate film designed to shield digital prints against the effects of UV and mechanical wear and tear.  Will block out 60% UVA light significantly extending the colourfastness of the finished print.  The 80micron PVC face films are colour neutral so will not significantly alter the shades of the print being laminated.  The adhesive is a high coat weight photograde clear solvent acrylic that will flow almost immediately with virtually no silvering and will even bond successfully to prints with heavily inked areas.  Most manufacturers recommend that inkjet prints be left between 4 - 24 hours, dependent on the product and atmospheric conditions, before overlamination.  TV30-60 matt textured scratch resist is the recommended overlaminate for banner stands.  It offers good scuff and scratch resistance without dulling the image.

To give your graphics increased scratch resistance and rigidity for applications such as pop-ups and roll-ups.  A thicker than normal 125micron 3 year outdoor life PVC pressure sensitive overlaminating film that will successfully block 70% UVa light, significantly extended the colourfastness of the finished print.  The 125micron matt textured PVC face film is colour neutral so will not significantly alter the shades of the print being laminated.  The adhesive is a high coat weight photograde clear solvent acrylic that will flow almost immediately with virtually no silvering and will even bond successfully to prints with heavily inked areas.

An improved but lower cost version of our older AG2-90 product.  The improvements are a thicker 50 micron film that is easier to handle, combined with an improvement to the adhesive that makes AG2-30 look even glossier.  In Addition to these technical improvements we have also been able to reduce the pricing.  AG2-30 helps to protect your prints from damage by graffiti.  It features an optically clear 50micron polyester film that is highly resistant to common cleaning solvents such as acetone, methanol, ammonium etc.  AG2-30 is only suitable for flat sided applications onto printed materials, it is not suitable for protecting vinyl cut lettering.  AG2-30 works particularly well as an overlaminate to UV prints.
