LA8082 White Crystal

 

A 70micron cast, white crystal PVC face film that is close in appearance to 3M's Scotchcal Frosted Crystal 210/7725-324, at a considerably lower cost.  The cast PVC film is heavily flaked to imitate the effect of a samdblasted piece of glass, has a real sparkle and looks fantastic on windows.  The low 2 degreeC application temperature can dramatically speed up fitting time, especially in colder weather.  The easy-fit adhesive also allows the film to be applied dry if required.  LA8082 has the added bonus of blocking out 95% of harmful UVa light.  Like other cast films, LA8082 is more difficult to weed and apply then some calendered products.  The very soft cast formulation requires higher than normal blade pressure and you must take extra care when weeding.  We would strongly recommend premasking with our Kleentear 50 medium tack tape if applying large solid ares and using an application fluid such as Rapidtac.  Outdoor life of 7 years.  White Crystal.
