FotoTex is now available for solvent printers.  Now in a brighter white finish and with less stretch to make it easier to apply and reapply.  FotoTex is a matt finished cloth with a removable adhesive on a paper release liner.  FotoTex can be crumpled up and then smoothed out without wrinkles.  The fabric has no sharp edges so combined with the easy to apply adhesive, FotoTex is perfect for end users to apply themselves.  The adhesive system is both removable and replaceable, enabling the graphic to be moved around several times with no adhesive transfer problems.  FotoTex is tear and water resistant with an outdoor life expentancy of at lease 6 months unlaminated.  It has excellent light diffusion properties so can also be applied to light boxes for backlit applications.  The fabric can also be stretched over rigid display frames.  FotoTex will stick to any non-porous surface such as painted walls, windows etc and can be applied to curved surfaces.  Lamination of FotoTex is not recommended.

A more environmentally friendly option than PVC for recycling that is also ideal for graphics that need to be easy to apply and easy to move around.  The easy-tack adhesive can be applied by a novice without leaving air bubbles.  Any trapped air can either be squeegeed straight out or you can just lift it up and try again.  The low tack 'post-it-note' type adhesive can be applied and reapplied again and again.  The film is quite rigid making it easy to apply to flat surfaces. It will not stretch in printing or lamination.  TSPP7SA  will stick to nearly anything including emulsioned walls and wood and can be removed frfom these surfaces easily without leaving any glue residue.  It can then be reapplied somewhere else.  Ideal for presentation graphics, temporary wall paper etc.  The film has good scratch and scuff resistance.  Only for use on flat surfaces.  A non adhesive version TSPP7 is also available.  We have customers who are using this product to create wall banger posters.  These are life size, reusable, high resolution cut-out images that are simple to apply and can be stuck to a flat, dry surface such as a painted wall.  TSPP7SA should not be stuck to a plasticised PVC film as this will change the adhesive properties to permanent.

A one-part solution for stunning window graphics and light box applications.  It features a white matt translucent coating on the polyester film for reverse printing that is both tough and water resistant.  The easy-tack adhesive  is low tack repositionable and is formulated for window applications.  An absolute beginner can apply TSRS6 without leaving any air bubbles, and the graphic can be removed and reapplied many times without leaving adhesive residue.  For internal applications, it can be overlaminated to protect the image.  TSRS6 is not a true reverse print film so is not recommended for 2 way viewing applications.  TSRS6 requires more care in printing than any other product in our range.  The unprinted material is susceptible to humidity changes.  To minimise waste, it is vital to remove from the packaging just prior to printing and then to replace the roll in the packaging immediately after printing.  The roll should also be pulled tight and securely taped before repacking.  This will reduce the risk of the release liner tunnelling.  Printer heaters may need to be turned down to prevent the release liner tunnelling during printing.

A 110micron 3 - 5 year printable reflective film with a removable adhesive that allows you to partially wrap vehicles as the flexible sheet can be removed from most substrates up to 3 years after application.  The film can also be used for general signs and labels.  NIKKALITE 48012PR has excellent reflective values and good temperature resistance.  If lamination is required we would recommend you use the JAC L9100 cast overlaminate to maintain the conformablity and clarity of the finished product.
