TSMP9 is our fastest drying and most competitively priced paper for solvent printing.
TSPHG6 will produce fantastic looking water-resistant solvent prints rivalling the quality produced on a water-based printer.
Lamination of TSPHG6 is not recommended, and suggest using another paper such as TSPPG9 gloss poster paper instead. If you must laminate then ensure it is totally dry before, and an unprinted area of 5mm must be left around the edge to prevent delamination.

TSPPG9 210gsm premium opaque gloss outdoor poster paper and TSPPS6 140 gsm opaque satin outdoor poster paper
TSPPG9 has the highest most vibrant print quality and can be used for internal applications that previously would have been printed using a water based inkject printer, it has superior water, scratch and fade resistance.
TSPPS6 is a very opaque, barrier coated satin white poster paper with excellent wet strength properties, allowing outdoor use. its resistance to temperature and humidity makes it perfect for use in places such as launderettes. The print results are outstanding with superb colour definition.
A solvent print on either of the above printers has a life of 2 - 3 months outdoors unlaminated, lamination would dramatically increase this. Drying times on these papers are sometimes slower than self-adhesive vinyl, so take care when handling straight after printing. A couple of hours drying time is recommended before finishing, although a forced air dryer such as a fan heater can speed up this time.

TSBBS5 125gsm blue backed satin outdoor poster paper and TSBBS5SA 125gsm self-adhesive blue backed
TSBBS5 blue back is designed as a cover-all to prevent show-through of previous posters. It has excellent wet strength giving it a 2 - 3 month outdoor life if unlaminated, this can be extended with the use of a laminate. Again drying time may be longer than on a standard vinyl. A standard or heavy-duty starch based paste may be used. After solvent printing the prints on TSBBS5 should be soaked for up to 24 hours in water to prevent shrinkage or swelling when in-situ.
TSBBS5SA is a new self-adhesive version of the blue-back. It can be used as an instant cover-all poster or as a more eco-friendly alternative to vinyls on boards. It will not stretch in mounting so there is no need to overlaminate. The satin finish has quite good scratch and scuff resistance. It is more cost effective to use TSBBS5SA unlaminated on boards than to use a vinyl plus laminate.
