Speciality Banner Vinyls

A lower cost version of TSME10 mesh.  The release liner allows the product to be printed on all solvent printers.  This warp knitted fabric is not quite as strong as the more expensive TSME10 but still has a high tensile strength of 550/600 N/2.5cm and a high tear strength of 250/180 N.  The air flow is higher on this product than TSME10 due to the greater area of holes making it better in high winds.  It can be welded or stitched.

This high quality 10oz/350gsm mesh is knitted, not woven, for increased strength in all directions.  It is beter for close-up viewing than others tested and the PVC holds the ink better than other cheaper meshes on the market giving denser more vibrant prints.  The release liner allows the mesh to be printed on all wide format solvent printers and is easy to remove.  TSME10 is lightweight and very strong, with low wind resistance, making it easy to mount over large sail areas such as scaffolding.  Tensile strength: 650/750 N/2.5cm and tear strength: 300/300N.  It can be welding or stitched and is fire rated B1.
