LG VIZUON BANNUX XIGN ultra smooth anti-curl block out PVC banner
For banner stands. XIGN banner has a polyester layer encapsulated by PVC which gives the product a stiff feel and ensures it hangs flat with no edge curl to detract from the finished roll-up. XIGN also has a super smooth surface with good scratch resistance and is fully opaque to prevent show through of the stand structure. For roll-up banner stands, we would recommend that the product is laid out flat to dry for around 4 hours to ensure that all solvents are evaporated. The panel can then be trimmed and inserted into the banner stand. This will ensure that the finished drop lies as flat as possible with this 1 piece solution.

LG Vizuon Bannux Xign 18 oz / 600gsm ultra smooth fire rated anti-curl block out PVC banner
A heavier weight and fire rated version of our 14oz xign banner. It has a polyester layer encapsulatred by PVC which gives the product a stiff feel and ensures it hangs flat with no edge curl. Xign 18 also has a super smooth surface with good scratch resistance and is fully opaque to prevent show through of the stand structure. Fire rated to BX5867 Part 2: 2008. The tensile strength is 1050/1050 N/2.5cm and tear strength is 8/8 N.

LG Vizuon Bannux USB14 14oz ultra smooth B1 fire rated block-out banner
An ultra smooth polyester reinforced block out banner PVC. 14oz / 470gsm and primarily used for pull-up displays although it is also suitable for most banner applications. Can be printed on both sides and features a block out layer for added opacity. It can be taped, welded or stitched but has significantly lower tear and tensile strength than our scrim banners so may not be suitable for 'across-the-street' applications with large sail areas. The tensile strength is 350/350 N/2.5cm width and tear strength of 30/30 N. For roll-up banner stands, we would recommend that the product is laid out flat to dry for around 24 hours to ensure that all solvents are evaporated. The panel can then be trimmed and inserted into the banner stand. This will ensure that the finished drop lies as flat as possible with this 1 piece solution. USB14 is fire rated to B1.
