Polymeric Calendered Vinyls for Solvent Printing

 

Our biggest selling polymeric range.  Bright white easy-to-print 80 micron polymeric face films combined with a powerful solvent acrylic adhesive that will stick and stay stuck to nearly anything and all this at an affordable price.  We have been selling the LD3900 solvent polymeric range for 4 years now without a glitch.  The products are available with both a grey and a clear adhesive.  The grey adhesive gives maximum opacity and ensures that the finished look of the graphic will always be colour consistent regardless of the shade of the substrate it is applied to.  They grey glue also allows you to use the product as a 'coverall' vinyl at little additional cost.  Our DigiGuard range of overlaminates can be used to create different finishes.  Otherwise you can use the matched clear LP3912G gloss print vinyl.  This can also be printed and has a solvent acrylic adhesive ideal for windows as it does not whiten when wet applied.  LD3910 and LD3920 will be upgraded to LD3911 and LD3912 for 2010.

100 micron featuring thicker film and adhesive combination making application to windows easier.  Vibrant images when lit and unlit making it an excellent day and night film with high optical intensity. Recommended laminate LP3912 G Gloss.

Price competitive but high quality polymeric PVC's for longer term graphics.  All the products in the D8000 polymeric range feature 80 micron high gloss polymeric PVC face films.  The standout combination is JAC D8110 printable gloss white permanent with the matched clear D8100 gloss clear permanent laminate, which will give a bullet-proof solution to the printing of outdoor graphics as both feature higher cost solvent adhesives and PE release liners.  D8101 is a removable version of D8100, ideal for window graphics which are going to be applied wet and need to be removed without adhesive residue.  JAC have also launched a lower cost polymer called D8120.  This is a gloss white permanent film with a slightly shorter life cycle.  Our DigiGuard range of overlaminates can be added to create different finishes.
