Magnetic P.V.C.
White faces magnetic PVC
Now available 1200mm wide in 0.85mm vehicle grade. For use as a removable/replaceable sign on vehicles etc. Plasticisers free, with a back coating on the brown side, to prevent tranishing of the painted surface. Laminated on the face with a gloss white vinyl. A premium quality magnetic product with a high intensity, multi-pole arrangement, designed to offer superior holding power and shear strength on most metallic surfaces (with minimul dead spots). This product will not dry out or crack. It is designed to be rolled and will provide years of trouble free, low maintenance service if used correctly. Available in two standard qauges: 0.60mm anc 0.85mm. The thickness of the magnetic vinyl is directly proportional tothe magnetic force of the product. If this product is used on a vehicle, the thicker product (0.85mm) is necessary for safety reasons. Surfaces must be clean before applying. Magnetic material does need special care and attention so weekly removal and cleaning of the magnetic is recommended. (See care in application instructions below)

Care In Application Instructions
Re-painted vehicle surfaces and those of new cars should be avoided for three months and must be hand waxed polished where the sign is to be fitted to seal the surface. Remove frequently to allow the ultra violet light of the sun to evenly bleach the panels.
Remove road film and any dirt before applying or re-applying the sign to the vehicle.
Smooth out and remove any wrinkles or bumps when applying which might catch the wind, especially along the forward facing edge.
Wash the sign regularly in mild detergent to remove dirt and wax polish paintwork before replacing.
Avoid cleaning fluids, petrol, acetone, benzine and chlorinated solvents. Diluted acids or alkalis have no effect.
Lay flat when not in use; roll up loosely, white vinyl side outwards. (You could use a cool iron to remove accidental wrinkles.)
During cold weather allow sign to uncurl in a warm atmosphere.
Under no circumstances totally cover the magnetic vinyl with a CAD-CAM vinyl in an attempt to change the colour, as this will possibly cause a bubbling effect between the two surfaces, which will result in an unsatisfactory finish.
