A composite panel consisting of 0.3mm aluminium either side and a polyethylene core, manufactured dual sided as standard ie: one side satin finish and the other being 75% gloss.

TYPICAL USES
Signmaking and out of home media
Due to excellent hard smooth finish, this product lends itself extremely well to sign manufacture. Alupanel can be digitally and screen printed, vinyl lettered, sheet applied and spray painted and can be used to create shaped and formed signs.
Shopfitting
Alupanel can be used to create cost effective, unique finishes as it can be machined, formed or cut giving endless solutions and possibilities to the shopfitting market ie: counter tops, cubicles, wall linings, shaped profiles and bulk heads, kitchen splash backs and back boards.
Point of sale displays:Trade stand designs
Alupanel has forming and sign writing capabilities that will provide you with a lightweight and effective sales tool. Perfect for the manufacture of stands, being light and hard wearing enough to move location to location.
Suspended Ceilings:Wall cladding
Can be formed into ceiling panels for lay in grid type suspended ceilings. Alupanel is excellent for wall linings in trains, buses or internal/external lining of commercial vehicles.
Storage:Installation:Cleaning
Store in a clean dry area - minimum temperature 15 degree C 24 hours before use.
Store horizontally
Protective film should remain on panel for duration of installation, and removed once fixed in place
When using mutiple sheets install in same direction
Avoid cleaning with alkaline, acidic and abrasive cleaning products.
After cleaning rinse off with clear water and rub down with absorbent cloth or leather to remove residue.
