Designed for the fast and efficient finishing of digital prints.  Falling into two main catagories, DigiGuard laminates and DigiMount mounting films.  Most can be bought by the metre allowing you to buy only what you need for specific jobs.  The self-wound films mount films DM3, DM4 and DM5 are only available in full rolls.

 

DigiGuard laminating films are available in different finishes, thicknesses and roll sizes to satisfy all requirements.  The best seller is TV3-60 textured matt PVC which gives excellent scuff and scratch resistance without killing the image.  Other laminates include AG2-30, an anti-graffiti film for digital output, and a range of speciality laminates to add something different to your images, including a canvas, a linen, a leather and a sparkle film.

 

DigiMount mounting products are available in internal, external and optically clear grades and two self-adhesive white backers have also been introduced to the range.  XP250 is an opaque matt white PVC backer with a film thickness of 250 micron and 99.5% opacity.  XP350 is slightly thicker at 350 micron and slightly more opaque at 99.9%.  Both these can add bulk and rigidity to your graphics.

For the internal mounting of prints on to substrates including foam PVC, aluminium composite materal and MDF.  Double-sided adhesive with a clear 12micron polyester carrier on a single glassine release liner.  The permanent adhesives are clear acrylics.  Primarily designed for internal applications and only available in 100M rolls.  The adhesive is not clear enough for window applications where we would recommend our FilmMount Two optically clear mount film.
