BT2 Bannux double-sided banner hem tape
A 300 micron double sided banner tape for hemming PVC banners; BT2 Bannux has excellent initial grab and excellent long-term adhesion. The adhesive is highly resistant to plasticisers making it ideal for hemming PVC banners. BT2 now comes as standard with a finger lift edge to help the product unroll better and reduce waste.
MTAB magnetic tape for pop-ups
An adhesive backed 1.5mm mag A + B pattern isotropic magnetic extrusion strip for the rear of pop-up display panels. Featuring Tesa's leading 4967 double-sided tape for maximum peace of mind.
FM-W-10P High tack white 1mm thick PE foam double-sided tape
A strong white flexible PE Foam coated with an acrylic adhesive, offering good shear and a high tack, it is suitable for outdoor sites and heavy components. A good general purpose product and ideal for rougher surfaces, especially where gaps occur or on uneven and dissimilar materials. Suitable for applications requiring high temperature resistance but UV stability is limited. Peel adhesion 22 N/25mm after 72 hours.
DS-C-2065/F High tack clear0.2mm thick film double-sided tape
A transparent, double sided, self adhesive tape consisting of a PET film carrier and a high tack/high shear solvent acrylic adhesive for 'life-long' permanent bonding. Excellent all round high performance tape for fixing both smooth and rough surfaces. The high adhesive mass offers excellent adhesion performance to metals and other high energy surfaces, with good performances even to low energy surfaces such as PP or PE. It also features a plasticiser resistant adhesive. Very good temperature, chemical and solvent resistance. The clear UV stable adhesive makes it ideal for mounting onto glass, acrylic etc. Common uses are for nameplates, pop-up hangers etc. Peel adhesion 40 N/25mm after 72 hours. Red PE film liner for easy stripping.
UHB-C-10F Ultra High Bond clear 1mm thick acrylic double-sided tape
Our Ultra High Bond (UHB) offering. Ideal for the invisible bonding of materials and also has the highest shear strength in our range for maximum loading. Ideal for the mounting of permanent signs onto a range of smooth or slightly rough suraces. Exceptional high specification in terms of thermal, dynamic and chemical qualities and can often be used in place of screws, rivets, welding, clips and other permanent fasteners. The colourless clear UV stable adhesive also makes it ideal for mounting onto glass, acrylic etc. Used to bond substrates such as metals, sealed wood, glass, plastics, composites and painted surfaces. Peel adhesion 50 N/25mm after 72 hours and shear strength 48 kg/25mm. Red PE film liner for easy stripping.
